Build first, document second
Working code is the source of truth. Documentation captures decisions after they've been validated, not before.
Hyper Agile delivery
Comprehensive yet lightweight business applications, POC/MVP projects and AI tools for SMEs and startups.
Imersys builds bespoke software and AI tools for SMEs that need enterprise-grade capability without enterprise overhead. We work in tight feedback loops with a working build from week one — not Gantt charts and discovery decks. The result is software that fits the business, ships sooner, costs less — and is built on production-grade rails from day one, so the MVP that proves the idea is the codebase that scales it.
How we work
Most bespoke software projects die in the planning phase. Hyper Agile collapses the gap between conversation and code: we move into a working build within the first week, then iterate against it with the client — so the software responds to what the business actually needs, discovered through use rather than assumed through workshops.
Working code is the source of truth. Documentation captures decisions after they've been validated, not before.
Daily working environments, not fortnightly demos. Clients see and shape the build in near-real-time.
Engineered for businesses that need software in weeks, not quarters — and for budgets that can't absorb six-month discovery phases.
Even our fastest first release runs on production-grade rails — continuous integration, real database migrations, proper test coverage from day one. The MVP that proves the idea is the codebase that scales it.
Hyper Agile is how we deliver enterprise-grade bespoke software at SME pricing — consistently, repeatedly, across every project we take on.
Current work
A booking and resource management platform, an order-and-payments app, a comms-led resource manager for gardening and landscaping, and a football analysis engine — each built for a real business, in production or close to it.
A booking and resource management platform — adaptable from storage and removals to salons and beyond.
Calendar-driven bookings, client management and resource scheduling for any business that runs on time-slots — packaged today for removals and storage operators, and for hair and beauty salons. Responsive web app and native mobile apps via Capacitor.
Pre-order management with integrated payments — built, packaged and store-ready for release.
Native iOS and Android apps plus a responsive web client, with end-to-end Stripe integration. Built and packaged for App Store and Google Play distribution, awaiting commercial release.
Resource management for gardening and landscaping — built around triaged three-way comms between managers, staff and customers.
Communications come first: messages between managers, staff and customers are filtered via triage so each party sees only what matters to them. Calendar bookings, task management, tiered access and customer feedback round out the platform — purpose-built for gardening and landscaping, adaptable to other field-service operations.
Football analysis and simulation engine — bespoke C++, Python and Unreal Engine 5.
An end-to-end football analysis system combining a UE5 simulator, a YOLOv8 computer-vision pipeline and homography-based pitch mapping.
Capabilities
From web and mobile to computer vision and real-time simulation — the stack behind the products above, available for yours.
Flask, Python and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS EC2 with Nginx and Gunicorn.
Native iOS and Android via Capacitor, published to the App Store and Google Play.
Practical AI inside business workflows — not chatbots for chatbots' sake.
YOLOv8, OpenCV and custom training pipelines for domain-specific detection.
Unreal Engine 5 with C++ behaviour systems, animation blueprints and NavMesh.
AWS-native deployments with cost discipline and security baked in.
Stripe, FCM/APNs, SES and third-party API integration.
UK GDPR-aligned, with optional pen testing and managed security offerings.
AI practice
We use AI two ways: as a development force-multiplier — Claude Code is part of our daily workflow, not a marketing buzzword — and as a feature inside the products we ship. Every engagement includes an honest conversation about where AI helps and where it doesn't.
Claude Code, AI exploratory testing, automated code review. We ship faster because our pipeline is AI-native.
From recommendation engines to natural-language interfaces to computer-vision pipelines, we integrate AI where it earns its keep.
AI agents in the operation, not chatbots in the product. AWS uptime and security monitoring. Customer-feedback and bug-report triage. Workflows actioned through Slack.
If AI isn't the right answer, we'll say so. The best AI feature is sometimes a well-designed form.
Process
Hyper Agile is the philosophy; this is the operating rhythm — week by week, from first conversation to handover.
Week 0
A working session, not a sales call. We leave with a build target.
Week 1
A live, deployed version of your application — rough but real — you can click through.
Weeks 2–3
Two-to-three-day sprints with frequent check-ins. The build takes its real shape against actual use.
Weeks 4+
Sprints settle to a typical one-week cycle. The build matures, the cadence steadies, the work compounds.
Final week
Source code, documentation and deployment access. Compiled binaries for IP-sensitive engagements.

Tell us what you're trying to build. We'll respond within one working day with a sensible next step — usually a 30-minute call.
